A seasoned operator with over 25 years in the beauty industry, Megan has held senior sales leadership roles working closely with emerging brands, including Stila Cosmetics, Too Faced Cosmetics, and most recently, Milk Makeup — supporting distribution within top-tier retailers such as Sephora and Ulta Beauty. She began her career on the sales floor at Bergdorf Goodman in New York City, later helping brands sell and scale — contributing to the growth of companies ultimately acquired by The Estée Lauder Companies.

With a natural entrepreneurial spirit, Megan has always been drawn to early-stage brands and the energy of connecting directly with buyers and consumers alike — an instinct that ultimately led her to build something of her own.
